Each service may include intake questionnaires, interviews, transcription, writing, editing, and final delivery in digital or physical format.

2. User Submissions

You may be asked to submit personal stories, interviews, images, videos, or other materials. By doing so, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the right to share the submitted materials
  • You grant LifeStitch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, adapt, edit, and publish the content for the purpose of fulfilling your service
  • You understand that content may be edited for clarity, accuracy, or stylistic consistency

All personal information submitted will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Sensitive material will be treated with care, and you may request revisions or redactions during the review process.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment is due upfront before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
  • All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Refunds may be considered only if no substantial work has been delivered, and are subject to review by our team

5. Turnaround Time and Revisions

  • Estimated timelines will be provided based on the selected package and scope of work
  • You are entitled to one round of revisions unless otherwise specified
  • Excessive revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Upon final delivery and full payment, you retain ownership of your personal story
  • LifeStitch may request permission to feature anonymized or excerpted content for promotional purposes
  • Any refusal or limitations on use must be communicated in writing prior to project completion

7. Client Conduct and Communication

We expect mutual respect during the creative process. LifeStitch reserves the right to pause or terminate service if a client engages in abusive, unethical, or disruptive behavior.

  • Any errors in source material provided by you
  • Emotional responses triggered by revisiting past memories
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.

9. Modification of Terms

LifeStitch reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
